It is worth shopping around and doing some research with Super. I have mine at 75% market and portfolios and the wifes at 50/50. If you have a good fund you can change your percentages with the mood of the market etc.
Salary sac is also another good option and if your employee is committing more than the 9% you are laughing.
Mine is currently committing 14%.
