The costs depend a bit on what you are planning on doing inside the SMSF.
If it's mainly equities with some buying/selling here and there, around $2,500 should cover annual accounting & audit from an accounting firm and registered auditor.
esuperfund does annual conpliance for quite a bit less, maybe $1,200 pa, but there's less freedom re investments and I'm not sure what level of personalised advice/service you'd get from them.
All depends what you are looking for I suppose.
