You can with Australian Super.
The rules are quite restrictive however - only to a max of 50% of your balance - no more than 20% of your balance in any one ASX stock and only in shares in the ASX 200.
Also if you put in a buy today they won't transact the buy request until the following Monday - which is really annoying as a lot can change in a week. This basically means that you really should only put in a buy or sell order on a Friday afternoon after the market closes so it will be executed on the Monday.

I hope this helps - but its not a recommendation as I am leaving it due to the restrictions and very frustrated by the way trades are executed. Better than nothing I suppose!
