Just like in the sales where they say its "up to 50% off" it does NOT mean everything is 50% off.
One day that hit 40,000 tonnes is enough for the "up to" statement to be correct.
What is the average days tonnage? Has that ever been reported?
You have taken the "up to" and read it as every day doing 40,000 tonnes. That is not a correct assumption. On the same basis, if you went to that store with up to 50% off and assumed everything was 50% off you would be wrong.
