I think a few people missed this one.
Just read it. Pretty important since most of centros problem stem from superLLC.

Seems to be a dog of an investment. Its simply not making money values going down. And lossing money pretty steadily. Even if you took out any one offs its lossing money. Intrest payments make up about 75% of the loss. But really its just not generating enough revenue. Its only slightly higher then running costs. The margins are super thin.
