Every person in this country should be treated as an individual with equal rights....If your wive had meagre super , then there is the safety net of the single old age pension for her or anyone else....There should be no couple pensions only individual ones...
If you do not qualify then so be it...judged on you as an individual....Your wive should also be treated as a pure citizen and judged upon her circumstances only....
This animal farm crap that is employed to reduce peoples rights should be eradicated.....Everyone is an individual and the premise that your partner is your chattel is downright slavery....

yes I agree, everyone should be treated equally,particularly in the divorce court when she can receive 70% of the house and everything else, then meet a new bloke who moves in takes over your children while you pay a high percentage of your "gross" wages on child maintenance while trying to build a new life on what's left
yep, equality the sooner the better
