    Pretty plain to see what the end game is here

    By my calcs, MLX will hold 24.51% of WGR after the AAG compulsory acquisition process is completed

    The 8,303,334 shares purchased on 05/05/2011 (presumably from ex-AAG directors) is effectively 2% of WGR, just under the 3% annual takeover creep provisions
