Krudd is taking a vehement stand at this stage saying he wont back down but the mining sector has only begun to put the pressure on. I'll be surprised if he doesn't back down, I don't think he has any idea of the potential effect this can have on the whole industry, it will start to dawn on him soon enough.
If he was trying to improve the Super of millions of Australians then this new tax will be two steps back for every one step forward.
Krudd is now a short term sell.
