I am wondering how Oz explorers/miners can circumvent this RSPT tax by going overseas to Canada if the prized assets are still here. The only soultion is vote Rudd out of office.
Yes, the term super profits is misleading in the context of measuring it against Oz bond rate. You would find the majority of companies small and large making super profits. Fancy that, creaming the top of these profits to subsidise the rest of company tax or does the 28% only apply to RSPT taxed miners?
