I agree-and thats exactly why you need to get your heads out of the stats and get out in the real world. Graphs dont account for human emotion-I have a very close ear to the ground and I can tell you people are now starting to worry more about property taking off than it crashing.
As Ive said before-when someone goes to buy a house they dont give a stupp about the countried GDP or how many factors of avergae wage it is lol, all they care about is if they really want it and can they afford it.
Anyway Im getting bored with this forum-it just goes around in circles with a impossible quest from both sides to convince the other they are right.
Guess we will see in 12 months time? or maybe 24, or will it be 36? ;)
