I contacted Super Soco direct via Twitter querying the relationship with Vmoto.....they replied that it was a Vmoto brand. I'm still curious as to how it exactly fits in to the Vmoto strategy as I don't recall anything on an entry into the electric motorcycle space (v electric scooter). Intermot is possibly where the official launch will occur.
