super tax in rsa and indonesia stopping export

Just heard on radio.
RSA is looking at limiting overseas ownership to less than 50% and adding a 50% tax to profits.
Indonesia about to stop exporting raw minerals. Thay have to be processed in Indonesia from now on.

Didn't hear the whole story but if you are into resource stocks like me, the next 24 hours will be interesting.
