Yes 4% makes it sound outrageous if taken on a number basis ,but what is the percentage of profits from ore mined and sold ?
Its ridiculous to use dozens of two bit explorers to pad out your 96% of "miners" that dont supposedly pay tax .
Its a classic example of the statistics not reflecting truth .
