Sadly yes because many US voters don't have any concept of the world beyond their own county lines and those that do don't often see beyond Mexico, Canada , Cuba and maybe the UK ...... where the King makes all the decisions of course.
I could go on about Mike Pompeo not being able to point to Ukraine on a map...... but the key issue is the proven ability of Putin to easily manipulate US base voters and their equally ignorant political representatives.
