Actually, when they announced that they also announced that Super funds have collectively around $300 billion in cash right now. Only people on Centrelink, unemployed, or who have working hours or income reduced by 20% or more. Not everyone will take it, and it will not add up to anywhere near $300 billion. Especially if they suspend mortgage repayments.
