I have been with a super fund that allows my own selection of ASX 200 companies to invest in. Long term is suggested as best, there is no stop loss, and only a Monday entry or exit point, they do not want people to speculate. This is all very well and have been happy up till now but on multiple occasions now have buying orders not filled. Have complained twice but no response other that we have handed your complaint on. Has anyone else come across this with super funds. I would like to start my own fund but still a long way before I can do that. Also has anyone noticed that they pay a pittance for a cash holding when you can get 6-7% in a bank!
