The IHL re-domiciliation is pending shareholder approval before it proceeds. Once shareholder approval is received and the appropriate offer booklets are released we will send all this information to our internal Investment Policy Team who will make an assessment on whether or not the NASDAQ listed asset will be offered on our platform. Pending shareholder and platform approval, we will be in touch with investors/advisers of IHL to advise of their options at a later date. The company meeting relating to the re-domiciliation is due to occur in October.
