Mate, I’ve had my own company for over 30 years so a lot different to the other guy. Which is why the suggestion to him was to talk to his accountant. And yes my accountants small client base are all 1%ers so might just understand structures and tax laws. Still pay plenty of tax so it’s about minimizing through structure not avoidance, big difference.
