but Im not sure of the ins and outs...
Is it liek setting up say another Account that u may use as an investment vechicle..HOWEVER the funds in that vehicle..are NOT allowed to eb withdrawn upon??
So u can keep on topping up (investing) but u cant take out??
Or its nothing like that?
