This is not the first down turn and will not be the last. My 2 cents: 1. Do I need to sell stocks right now? If I do not need cash why sell at such a loss? 2. The real issue is, how do I use this opportunity to clean out the cupboard?
I have no answer to this. Can someone articulate what stocks/sectors to sell albiet at a big loss and buy better stocks at their lows?
