will be too late by the time you hear of the talkover talk. The investment world now is in the mode of big companies swallowing small vulnerable companies. Common sense tell me that if i am loaded with lot of cash just like the big boys and want to increase my portfolio holding of iron ore assets then the best small cap iron ore company on the market with low cost to takeover & proven resources is LEG. Others like SDL,FMS etc are already too expensive...must get in now before the news of taking over appears on the financial news imo.
