Maybe not that close, but very dependant on SDL resolving issues with Hanlong.
If SDL can finally get the Hanlong deal going, together with mining permits from Govt, Leg will rise. I cant see any appreciation in SDL or Legs SP until the deal and other issues are resolved.
Hope I am wrong.
