Supercell Clash of Clans makes $2.3B in 2015

Supercell, the developer of those two massively popular mobile games, as well as Hay Day, made $2.3 billion in revenue last year, according to Reuters. This marks a 30% growth over revenue of $1.8 billion in 2014.
But perhaps the most surprising piece of information is the company's announcement that a significant portion of the 2015 revenue came from in-app purchases from Clash of Clans. All of Supercell's games are free to play but offer in-game purchases that enhance the gaming experience and generate revenue for the company."
