I have used Superconcepts for SMSF accounting for years. Until last year I was pleased with their service.
The company has been sold a couple of times and the service has become so woeful I will be forced to change to another accountant.
It seems they have changed their service so you can't phone up and talk to anyone. You have to email a "customer service team member" in Bangladesh with questions. English isn't their first language. That person who doesn't understand the question then emails it to someone in Australia then misinterprets the answer and and relays it in a few days in broken English.
This ruination of a good business is very sad.
