My thoughts are if Sug is doing this now he has already found out that the 4c is poor and is very angry and emotional. Seems like he knows insiders or people inside the company. Probably advised by insiders to go down this path.

He has been holding info waiting for a turnaround and thinks it's dead in the water.

I got asked to join a class action before i didn't join and 4yrs later they're still going at it. It was against the government with 300 people who i worked with.

The problem now is funds are needed so it's eating at compensation. Lawyers and backers of any law suit need to get paid. Lawyers always say don't worry it's a sure win ect, then charge $60 an email just to read one lol and after challenges from the opposition it all adds up. The emails are just general emails and they still cost $60. Each phone call from all class action people cost a fortune as well.

He will need support to build a strong case for the lawyers. I would say at this stage he has just got them to look at it and the lawyer has told him he has a case if he can find enough support and a backer.

I told you guys this sheet would happen, I've almost been 100% correct on everything.

I will email him and see and what he knows and make my own decision on if it's a strong case.

I'm 100% sure like I've been saying DM F..... up OHM bad and did some bad things.

The problem now is if the class action goes ahead that will almost finish Buddy.

I did tell you guys if he keeps failing things will get messy.
