There is another platform called Thinkmarkets that is personalised HIN/CHESS based and they charge $8 per trade of value upto $200k. Openmarkets (provider of selfwealth) has reduced their fee for small trades on consumer platform (open trader?). $5 upto 2.5k and $15 upto 15k. they are personalised HIN/CHESS as well. other than these, selfwealth is next cheapest HIN flat fee provider @ $9.5
