The whole legal thing between Superior and vango is something Barrick engineered. You gotta have feed from both plutonic and plutonic dome to fill both mills at plutonic. Very sad that there is such a bad blood between mgmts at vango and superior that managers in charge can't set aside ego and figure out that compromise benefit both company shareholders.
