Voluntary administration? Goodness me. Do you know what it takes for a company to be in that position? Just because there is no cash doesnot mean it equates to voluntary administration. (And Pfizer is going to fork out 200 mil to buy a company soon to be insolvent?!)
There are a ton of Zombie companies in Au that are in worse position that are still trading. Expand that to bigger markets, you would find a dozen more in the US.
