    If a superior offer is to be made by PEAMCoal, I think it should happen by Friday at the latest for share holders to accept. No point, dragging on indefinitely.

    If they have more cash stashed away for this purpose, this is the time to bring it out and call the offer FINAL.

    Even then, I still think there will be one more extension for the closing date as there will not be enough time to get to 50.1%.
