Blosy, you still might be able to get ceap MCC's: let's say the major shareholders don't accept the offer, and PMC keep MCC listed, then the price will crash for those left in- same thing happened with GCL. Then if the suitor ever decides to mop up, they can offer a price later, which can be higher than the original price. There was an article in the AFR on this last week. However, PMC could also delist MCC in those cirumstances.

It seems MCC is going up a few cents a day. It's nothing, really, but a good reason to stay in until the last moment in takeovers, to see what eventuates.
