    As I understand it, CER values its net equity in Super LLC at just under $500 million. However it has taken an impairment against this full amount in its balance sheet.
    But I think your analysis of the possible contribution fo any write back is spot on. Seems to me with the investment by Inland American in Super LLC, and 10 year loan with JP Morgan and goldman sachs, the viability of CER's Super LLC holding has increased significantly.
