I remember a year or so ago, the though of the hedges been closed off was just a pipe dream, and you were mocked by some for considering it.

This will definitely be a nice announcement coming up, but i still think the next one for june will be the real big one.

The bottom of the market seems finally behind us.

I just hope CER is not still paying double digit interest on that 100mil + loan to cnp anymore.

looking ahead, if on average most REITs trade at 15% below NTA in this market and NTA looking to increase significantly in the next six months then CER holders should be should smiling.
