It seems he is banking too much on his so-called capital build-up last 4-yrs and now next 4-yrs investing. His agenda:

eradicating terrorism from the world?? He will have to deal with impossible Israelis first.
2.
Tax-cuts to Americans.
3.
Mass Social Security program for Americans.
4.
Free Healthcare (medicare)
5.
get rid of government current account deficit and massive trade deficits.
