    Anyone else read the "supplementary statement"? Doesn't look like there will be a cash sweetener ... at least at this stage.

    No mention of building a dedicated rail either ... all the focus is on "negotiating with existing infrastructure providers"

    If there was something even more remote than BHP, FMG or RIO signing a deal with BRM, it would be the same group signing a deal with the Chinese.
