Maybe a few can help me out here.

A decision to invest more money was based primarily on the prospectus. The money needed to be lodged before the end of the day today, 2nd Aug.

This supplementary prospectus announced after close today, 2nd Aug, changed and/or added a number of details, including more debt. Yet it was not made available in time for investors to even consider taking it into account. Is this allowable? Can I change my decision?

Also, by this date, 2nd Aug, a number of conditions needed to be finalised. Some weren't, but now they have given themselves an extension. Is this usual?

Finally, does anyone else worry about the complexity of the types of debt and equity funding arrangements left after this is all approved?
