The minimum supply amount sounds low at 20 million but
don't forget that Sanofi can't source any competing products for the life of the agreements too.
They are locked into UNS for new prefilled technology.
All in all I doubt Sanofi are thinking 20 million - they've been following this for 5 years and have had many chances to walk away.
Just a point of interest - doing some research on Becton Dickinson - did you know that Dr Mojdeh was VP in charge of a $1b division at BD?
His division (pharmaceutical systems) raked in $1 billion in revenue - approx. 15% of BD's total revenue in 2010.
That's a vote of confidence in Unilife by itself.
