    With such a big company I'd assume they would be much more in the 'mature' phase of business - lots of volume at low margins. Harder to get growth in that type of company (read 'bonuses' for better performance).

    If you are looking for growth better to go with a smaller company. Especially if they have a superior product which can take market share off the incumbent.

    Also it would indicate that BD don't have any new blockbuster products in the pipeline that would offer serious competition to UNS. Otherwise he'd still be at BD.
