A S gets a big bonus when SA sign a 100M+ deal. So somewhere around above that figure. The present prod line only does 60M so I believe it can't sign bigger deals than that at the moment. SA can be restricted to max of 30% of prod -- therefore 20M per yr to SA. SA has to give upto 24 mths notice of big future requirements. So something like a 100M+ contract over 5 yrs to start with is my take.

A point that seems to be missed is that SA sell 40% of the worlds RTFS. Who really cares about BD.

Grif you are right with the figures but I think 34M not 340M.
