These have all been eventually submitted months after Announced planning timeline dates...BoDs have nothing to do but sit around 'working' on burning cash and spending their excessive salaries until Co needs another CR...investors have been mis-informed by a blundering, tardy BoD re: regulatory applications and bond/prospectus approvals imo
