It's all BS until the 'fat lady sings' piast....VRC has had ' laringitis' for far too long now....battery markets...supply and demand...future predictions etc etc....all means nothing unless your Co has Regulatory approvals, finance and markets....VRC has 'sprouted' that they are 'close' to achieving these...but fact is, as we post,....they have nothing atm....
