Makes no sense at all GT...this reads more like VRC Ann imo.... l've never heard of that transport Co you used but the ghost of old Joe B-Peterson still haunts Queensland l hear...sounds like a messy outcome for you but the pallet did last longer l guess! ....you really should research your consultants before selecting them or your credibility will suffer, especially re-telling the drama on here... anyone with 'cred' would have just ordered a pallet in Brisbane and had it delivered imo, but worth the excercise to see if there was a cheaper more effective than transport service...some Co's just take the first option they are 'sold'...spartan sweetner is nasty stuff and can affect decisions & judgement l hear...
