    hi

    I am fairly new to the stock market and am confused with buyer/seller volumes on share price.

    In business if demand(buyers) outnumber supply(sellers) the price increases and vice versa.

    However this rule does not appear to translate to the stockmarket..are the rules here different and I am missing something? Or are other factors at play?
