You say: "Why do we have this apparent panic every day after the close where there is large selling that pushes the price to the bid price, when there is apparently so little supply at the ask price or the price above that?"
I'm not an expert on TA but it would seem that there were a sufficient number on Friday afternoon that thought it is more likely that the price will open lower on Monday rather than higher. Let's not kid ourselves, why else would no-one grab the 150K available at 7.9c? Hopefully some of the TA experts can prove me wrong?!
Apart from the fact that it is in South Africa, I have no problem accepting that the fundamental value in a MC should be considerably higher than where it currently stands. However, after the way it closed on Friday the short term outlook IMO does not look promising.
