Nsw border closures will likely amplify the retail spending trend that we’ve seen come out of everyone staying at home. I was supposed to go to wa for a holiday but now I see myself being stuck at home over New Years with refunded money to spend on Christmas gifts. I assume a lot of the state is in a similar position. Hopefully this doesn’t snowball into a situation like Victoria has though.
If Nsw gets it’s cases under control I expect this one will run even higher now. Possibly have a yoy revenue increase of around 15%. Div up significantly too.
