Interesting but Can Japan do much about it? It is effecting every port from EU to Asia to the Americas. Look at NY Times article I posted yesterday. This is like a giant bal of string that has become totally tangled. If you do not want to cut it it just takes time and patients to unravel it.
It like Savana USA they are building bigger storage facilities so they do not have to stack containers so high. Murphy say you will always need bottom one next. They are doubling size of rail yard because Train is faster than trucks. All this takes time. not much a new government official can do.
In England the government did call out military to drive trucks. In MA USA the national guard was called out to drive school buses because of driver shortage. These help a little bit for a little while but they are not a solution.
