strange statement, why does gas need to be 30$ GJ?
certainly not for COI to be profitable
I've got it trading at 0.5 PE ratio currently on future earning (12$ profit per GJ @ 75 TJ/D)
assumptions are
25tj from north blocks 100 from main blocks
JV to end up being 50/50
15$ sale price with 3$ aisc = 12$ profit per gj
would love someone with more knowledge to critique these figures as some I've pulled out of my ass (sales and costs)
I see no reason when this is in production that it cant be reading at PE ratio of 5 giving us (based of the figures above) a long term target of $1.65
