Supply Demand Shortfall

Hi All,
It has been stated that the supply shortfall story in Uranium is to really take hold from 2005.
With many of the new Utility construction projects in various countries suffering timing setbacks due to Covid the questions for consideration should well be - Is that 2005 target still relevant or should it be pushed down the road somewhat? Also will this affect the view of the fuel buyers as to when to enter contracts.
