Good point JSB. What I do know is that with this deal and future deals they can actually nominate multiple manufacturers inside the registration process however inside the Eddingpharm deal they could only nominate the one which is there existing European mob. To change this they'd have to go and re-register with the Chinese authorities and start once again which they will not do.
