This contract is being used to further solidify their SA presence with the government.
May be coming to us at a cost as we could probably get more $$$ somewhere else but we have many more hurdles to overcome with PEN, De Witt and all the other SA based projects, so it is good to have an Eskom (ie: the SA government) on your side.
Contract details are academic for this particular one IMO.
