Synlait bonds just hit 75%
Might explain this morning's continued decline in the SM1 share price ..... surely A2M management are all over this and have a plan ? A CR for Synlait at these prices would prove highly dilutional to all holders including A2M ...... let's hope they come to a solution that assists all parties involved.
Just a thought - could A2M offer their 20% holding in SM1 back to the company as a part payment for Dunsandel site along with a cash component ?
I am sure there are multiple ideas / scenarios being discussed .... GLTAH
